Discussing Addiction, Recovery, Reentry at Employers Association of NJ’s Annual Conference

This week, Jim McGreevey had the opportunity to attend the Employers Association of New Jersey‘s (EANJ) annual conference and discuss the work we do at JCETP and the New Jersey Reentry Corporation. The theme was, “No One Left Behind: Addiction/Recovery/Reentry.” EANJ represents more than 2,000 small businesses in NJ. They help good employers be better with advice, training, and access to benefits plans. One of the big announcements at this year’s EANJ conference was the availability of an Employee Assistance Program for member companies, which offers support to employees dealing with addiction. It is a tool to help foster a caring and compassionate workplace where everyone can thrive.
